The Iowa Council of Foundations (ICoF) is a membership organization for grantmakers. The ICoF does not make grants. While the ICoF is able to provide limited resources to Iowa nonprofit organizations as an extension of our services for grantmakers, our focus is primarily on supporting and educating the funders themselves.
